The country is also home to a rich ecosystem of research institutes and industrial partners that are extraordinarily effective in turning ideas and concepts into viable and integrated solutions.

Thus, the Dutch government announced in 2022 that it will invest 750 million euros (789 million dollars) until 2031 to develop a national hydrogen transport network.
